Terms of Service
Terms of service for access to the dealership CRM
These terms explain the main rules for accessing and using the CRM website and platform. They are intended for dealership businesses evaluating, onboarding to, or using the service in the UK and, where relevant, the EU.
Use of the platform
The CRM is intended for legitimate dealership and automotive business use. Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
We may suspend or restrict access where there is suspected misuse, unauthorised access, unlawful processing, fraud, security risk, or material breach of these terms.
Accounts, onboarding, and packages
Package information shown on the website describes the current commercial structure of the service. Final commercial onboarding, activation, and payment steps may be completed separately.
Submitting an onboarding request does not by itself guarantee service activation. We may review business details, operational fit, compliance requirements, and availability before confirming an account rollout.
Dealer responsibilities
Dealers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the business, vehicle, customer, finance, and communication data they place into the CRM.
Dealers must ensure they have the right to process customer data, send messages, and use connected third-party integrations in compliance with applicable law and provider rules.
Intellectual property and service changes
The CRM software, interface, branding, workflows, and related materials remain owned by the service operator or its licensors unless expressly stated otherwise.
We may improve, update, modify, replace, or discontinue parts of the website or service over time, including package details, features, and integrations, provided we act reasonably and lawfully.
Availability, disclaimers, and limits
We aim to keep the platform available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, and operational issues can affect access.
To the extent allowed by law, we exclude indirect or consequential loss and limit liability for business interruption, lost profit, or third-party integration failure, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy, termination, and governing law
Use of the platform is also subject to the privacy policy and any applicable onboarding or commercial terms agreed with the dealership.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Courts of England and Wales will generally have jurisdiction, subject to applicable legal rights.
